John Voelker has been collaborating with OWR since 2021 as an Underwriting Consultant.  He has extensive knowledge of the carriers underwriting strengths and partners with our new business team to find the best fit for your clients and advocate for the best offers. For John, nothing is more gratifying than helping your clients get the life insurance coverage they deserve, at the best possible rates. Being an underwriting advocate has become his passion. John has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. Prior to making the switch to brokerage, John spent 20 years as a home office underwriter. John lives in Charlette, NC, where his services are based.
