Lise joined the OWR team as an Internal Insurance Solutions Manager in February 2026.

She began her insurance career in the family business, working alongside her father, a BGA in the Syracuse area.   She has worked in the independent space, holding several Brokerage Manager positions and now brings her wealth of product knowledge and expertise to OWR.  Lise is committed to partnering with advisors  to design solutions that best meet the needs of their clients!
