Rich joined OWR as a Managing Partner in 1996. He has been in the insurance business for over 40 years, starting in the advanced sales department at New York Life upon his graduation from law school. Prior to joining OWR he was Regional Brokerage Director for Prudential in New Jersey where he led Prudential in brokerage production in 1995. Rich has served as Chairman of the Commissioner’s Advisory Board on Life & Health Insurance in New Jersey and President of the North Jersey Chapter of SFSP. He has spoken to professional and consumer groups on estate and business planning topics around the country and has written numerous articles for industry publications. The best part of his job is helping brokers and clients find solutions to problems; as well as knowing that those solutions will provide financial comfort to their families and businesses.  Rich lives in Manhattan with his wife Paula and enjoys his regular walks around Central Park as well as cycling, hiking, and traveling.
