Lesley joined OWR in September 2025 as Director of Brokerage Sales and Marketing, where she helps articulate the firm’s value proposition and applies her disability insurance expertise to support growth in that area of the business.
She began her career more than 25 years ago at Prudential and has since held a range of product wholesaler roles focused on long-term care and disability insurance, bringing a supportive, service-oriented approach to OWR.
Her previous experience includes roles with Prudential, Guardian, and several independent general agencies, where she supported advisors and their clients through case design and expertise in life, long-term care, and disability insurance. She is a creative problem solver who looks at every angle to deliver effective solutions.
Lesley lives in Summit, NJ and outside of work, enjoys golf and spending time with her two rescue dogs, Cooper and Frannie.
