One of owR's biggest assets is our evaluation of the marketplace and what we feel is happening. We’re often called upon to provide our opinion of planning concepts and sales innovations. In reviewing these, we are always mindful of both the client’s needs and the broker’s relationship with that client. When we feel that a concept may not be appropriate, we let the broker know and provide viable alternatives. It’s simply not our style to promote concepts and techniques that we think do not fit the client's situation or protect a client against potential adverse tax or legal complications. We want brokers to be with us for the long term. The only way to accomplish that is to be honest about what we think is right.
